Photographers raced across Utrecht for four themes, with a special UPR Magazine issue produced in collaboration with Dutch Street Magazine.
Photographers in Utrecht tackled four themes across the city's streets and corners from dawn until dusk.
One of the jury members, Jorgen Polman from FORUM Beeldtaal, agreed to run a post-race webinar explaining the winning photo and giving tips for participating in a UPR race.
