UPR returned to Rotterdam for an 8-hour race: five checkpoints, four themes and an all-female jury.
'Niet lullen maar poetsen' (roughly, cut the talk and get on with it) was one of the themes at UPR's first Rotterdam race, over five years earlier. In 2022 the race returned to the city on Saturday 21 May: an 8-hour format starting at 11:00, taking in five checkpoints and four themes. Twelve photos were due the following day at 13:00, judged by an all-female jury, with over €700 in prizes on offer.
Most photographers who started completed the route and submitted their photos in time to be judged.
