A central-Amsterdam route across six themed categories and a three-juror panel. Exhibition followed in December at Dokzaal.
Congratulations to everyone who finished the race, and thank you for making this another successful UPR edition.
Every year the team tries to bring a new location and neighbourhood of Amsterdam. This year they chose a more central route, hitting the bustling city centre, busy streets, and refreshing parks and squares, all in search of the ultimate UPR photo set.
A record turnout of new and experienced photographers came together, and the event drew notable media attention, including an audio podcast with Valérie Jardin, a video cast on Salto.nl's Festival Journaal, and a Cafe Obscura video cast.
Over the years, the most valuable thing has been the beautiful network formed around this event. Thanks to Alicia Sanz and Beatriz Pineda for helping out with race day tasks, to every checkpoint location visited, and to all participants.

Exhibition at Dokzaal
On Saturday 9 December, UPR organised the closing exhibition and awards ceremony at Dokzaal, a venue that let the team exhibit winners in large format alongside every participant's photos. Almost all 13 winners of the edition were present.
